Jeff St John theme

On Tuesday night, the 27th May 2014, on "A Mixed Bag with Chris B", our theme was Australian legend Jeff St John.  Jeff St John has been in and out of the music business for a very long time, fronting various bands. Jeff St John now goes by the name Jeffrey St John, and Jeffrey St John and the Embers have recently released a CD called "Will the real Jeff St John please stand up".  Check out the link below.

Tonight we heard parts of an interview with Jeffrey St John, mixed in with lots of great music from Jeff St John and the ID, Jeff St John and Yama and Jeff St John and Copperwine.

Spinal Health Week

On Tuesday night, our theme on "A Mixed Bag with Chris B" was "The Spine".  Spinal Health Week is a national initiative from the Chiropractors' Association of Australia.  This year's theme is "Live better, we've got your back".  This year Spinal Health Weeks is being held between the 19th and 25th May.

On Tuesday night on 93.7 Edge FM, we heard lots of songs with words similar to "sends a shiver down my spine" or "quivers down my backbone".  Click on the link below to hear an interview with Narooma based chiropractor Paul Scaefer who informed us about ways to look after our postural health.

Route 66

Tonight on A Mixed Bag with Chris B on 93.7 Edge FM in the Bega Valley we travelled down the historic highway Route 66 and heard songs with names of towns in the title.  Tonight's playlist included:-
