Jeff St John theme

On Tuesday night, the 27th May 2014, on "A Mixed Bag with Chris B", our theme was Australian legend Jeff St John.  Jeff St John has been in and out of the music business for a very long time, fronting various bands. Jeff St John now goes by the name Jeffrey St John, and Jeffrey St John and the Embers have recently released a CD called "Will the real Jeff St John please stand up".  Check out the link below.

Tonight we heard parts of an interview with Jeffrey St John, mixed in with lots of great music from Jeff St John and the ID, Jeff St John and Yama and Jeff St John and Copperwine.
Click on the link below to hear the interview in full, where Jeffrey speaks about his close friendship with Wendy Saddington, his work as a social educator, living with spina bifida, the acrimonious split with Copperwine, building a Harley Davidson trike and much more.
My thanks to Jeffrey St John for granting me this interview, and taking time out from writing his autobiography.
